FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to launch and lead a new B2B SaaS venture. You will be responsible for building an AI Call Agent designed to transform how home service businesses—like plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and cleaning—capture, book, and retain customers by answering every call and automating follow-up.
What You'll Do
- Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion.
- Build the product by working with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to launch V1.
- Raise capital by leading the seed round with an initial investment secured.
- Build your team by hiring the founding team and setting the cultural foundation.
What We're Looking For
- Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture as CEO.
- Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning projects from start to finish.
- Previous founding experience at a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
- A demonstrated risk appetite and capacity.
- Proven B2B SaaS go-to-market skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Fundraising fluency, including crafting investor narratives, closing capital, and a strong network in fintech and early-stage communities.
- People leadership skills that attract top talent and build a strong culture.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to home services, call centers, VoiceTech, or conversational AI.
Team & Environment
You will be the Co-founder and CEO of the new venture, working directly with FutureSight's embedded studio team.
