Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a CMMS System Administrator to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the FAMIS 360 system. You will serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and support, collaborating closely with the account and IT teams.

What You'll Do

Participate in transition meetings for FAMIS 360 and integrated systems like Yardi, JDE, MEM, Serraview, and CoStar.
Attend and participate in FAMIS 360 training sessions for users and administrators.
Collaborate with the TDS Delivery Manager and account team during system configuration and setup.
Configure property settings, including accounting codes, business hours, and contacts.
Manage user security profiles and oversee system access.
Assist with data loading and configuration adjustments.
Own the FAMIS 360 system, ensuring its proper use and configuration.
Monitor and address system-generated support requests.
Provide user support for password resets, security changes, and general inquiries.
Coordinate with C&W IT for system issues, maintenance, and enhancements.
Inactivate properties no longer under management and update quarterly billing.
Manage user additions and removals in compliance with SOP and SOC requirements.
Oversee pick list values and configuration options.
Maintain deployed modules such as Vendor, Asset, Schedule, and Inventory.
Provide or coordinate ongoing training for account team users.
