Ajax Systems is looking for a Cluster Director responsible for driving business development across a broad and diverse portfolio of regions. You will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy and market penetration in Northern, Central, Eastern Europe, MEA, ASEAN, and Oceania.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute business development strategies across the assigned cluster of regions
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive market expansion
- Analyze regional market dynamics to identify new opportunities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic initiatives to achieve growth targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a senior business development or commercial leadership role
- Deep understanding of and experience operating within at least one of the specified regions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in market entry, channel development, or strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates are expected to be based in or have significant professional experience relevant to one of the following locations: Dubai, United Kingdom, Germany, or the Netherlands.
