Cloud Data Services is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer II to partner with customers as a technical extension of their IT, engineering, and DevOps organizations. You will be responsible for resolving a broad range of technical issues and ensuring customer happiness with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Ensure customers remain happy with our products and services.
- Work with customers to own and solve their technical problems.
- Act as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.
- Collaborate and work closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of VPN & Proxies.
- Understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc.
- Understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS.
- Demonstrate experience with layer 3 and 4 technologies.
- Natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments.
