What You'll Do
Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into functional system setups within a cloud-based platform. Guide clients toward effective use of technology by aligning their workflows with industry standards and product capabilities. Configure applications, manage data transitions, and roll out new features to enhance system performance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Design and lead training sessions tailored to user roles, helping teams adopt new tools with confidence. Generate reports that turn system data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions. Partner with internal teams to maintain high levels of service and long-term client success.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in software configuration, implementation, or technical support roles
- Proven background in customer-facing consulting, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver results
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of written and spoken English proficiency
- Self-motivated with a drive to expand technical and business knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
