Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to cloud solution domains by gaining in-depth knowledge of their infrastructure strategies, capacity planning, and resource availability.
- Assist in building infrastructure planning frameworks, reporting tools, and operational processes for emerging cloud platforms and technologies.
- Identify, prioritize, and represent capacity needs from SAP Lines of Business to ensure alignment with infrastructure planning.
- Guide the development roadmap for features, data resources, and reporting tools related to major cloud providers.
- Lead strategic initiatives in capacity management involving hyperscale cloud platforms.
- Work closely with key internal teams, including SAP Solution Areas, Global Cloud Operations, and external hyperscaler partners such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and interest in advancing knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI, and related technologies, including platforms like SAP PlusOne, AWS, GCP, and MS Azure.
- Background in consulting or stakeholder coordination, with proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills to address complex technical and operational challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including experience delivering presentations.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- High level of personal motivation and initiative.

- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, MS Azure) or project management are considered advantageous.
