OpenText is looking for a Cloud Applications Consultant to join our Cloud Technical Success Services team. You will act as a trusted technical partner, playing a critical role in ensuring the operational success of enterprise customer environments hosted in the OpenText Cloud.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the stability, performance, and success of enterprise customer environments hosted in the OpenText Cloud.
- Deliver operational support, hands-on troubleshooting, and production system administration.
- Collaborate across Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services to meet service levels and resolve complex issues.
- Drive high customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
- Participate in a 24/7 European on-call rotation model for major incident response.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT support or consulting, supporting enterprise-level multi-tiered applications.
- Working knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery models.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Administration skills in Windows, UNIX, and/or TCP/IP networked environments.
- Familiarity with scripting/programming (e.g., .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript) or relational DBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server, SQL).
- Familiarity with web/application servers (e.g., IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss).
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational on-call model.
