Red Hat is looking for an Associate Consultant to join the Customer Success team. You will assist in delivering solutions that solve clients' business challenges through hands-on technical implementation and enablement of recommended practices. This role plays a key part in promoting Red Hat's solutions, balancing technical expertise with an understanding of business processes.
What You'll Do
- Assist in supporting customers in building scalable, optimally managed, and adaptable enterprise technology infrastructures using Red Hat technological solutions.
- Continuously learn, grow, and adapt to new skills and technologies.
- Travel frequently (30-40 weeks per year) to work alongside leading financial services, retail, telecommunications, and institutional customers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with delivering an implementation as part of a project team based on an architectural design.
- Comfort with contributing to a technical project, including continuous collaboration to derive solutions.
- Ability to be well-organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to interact directly with customers across roles and organizations and clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts.
- Ability to learn quickly, grow, and adapt to new skills.
