OpenText is looking for an Associate Cloud Applications Consultant to handle the technical delivery of Content Server Platform-based solutions. This role focuses on deployment, administration, and consultative activities across the full application lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Participate and contribute to project execution phases.
Manage day-to-day system administration, including Incident & Problem Management.
Execute new implementations, upgrades, and patching activities for Cloud or OnPrem deployments.
Perform advanced configuration of Content Server software components within project timelines.
Coordinate project delivery across multiple teams, including 3rd party suppliers and client resources.
Contribute to automating provisioning, patching, and upgrade activities to improve operational efficiency.
Identify new opportunities by working with customers and using change control provisions to extend profitable business scope.
Use and contribute to OpenText Cloud Services' project management standards and quality checks.
Understand requirements, conduct detailed design, estimate effort, plan work breakdown structures, and define implementation approaches.
Prepare, maintain, and submit activity, progress, and time management reports.
Manage expectations and responsibilities for all client and internal stakeholders.
Use exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support customers via web, telephone, or email, demonstrating a high level of customer focus and empathy.

What We're Looking For

A BE/B. Tech. or equivalent technical qualification.
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of the OpenText Content Suite Platform and components (Content Server, Archive Server, xECM, Brava, OTDS, Search & Indexing).
Knowledge of Windows and UNIX administration in a TCP/IP network environment.
Experience with relational DBMS such as PostgreSQL/Postgres, Oracle, MS SQL Server, mySQL.
Familiarity with configuring and managing web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss).
A good understanding of object-oriented programming, Web Services, LDAP configuration, and RDBMS concepts.

Nice to Have

Experience with Cloud deployment of the Content Suite Platform.
Programming or scripting skills (e.g., SQL, .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript).
