SupportYourApp is looking for a (Cloud Solutions, AWS) Technical Support Consultant to provide specialized customer support for cloud, networking, and security solutions. You will join a team of passionate experts, handling customer inquiries and communicating with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Handle customers’ requests via email and phone.
- Design email templates as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis on products.
- Communicate with the client’s internal team.
- Work on team projects.
- Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a must.
- Strong networking knowledge.
- Customer support experience with cloud products.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Google Cloud and Azure.
- An AWS certificate.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
