About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a (Cloud Solutions, AWS) Technical Support Consultant to provide specialized customer support for cloud, networking, and security solutions. You will join a team of passionate experts, handling customer inquiries and communicating with internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customers’ requests via email and phone.
  • Design email templates as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis on products.
  • Communicate with the client’s internal team.
  • Work on team projects.
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a must.
  • Strong networking knowledge.
  • Customer support experience with cloud products.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Google Cloud and Azure.
  • An AWS certificate.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
