Forward Financing is hiring a Closing Analyst to ensure all submitted information from partners is valid and complies with company criteria. In this role, you will report to the Senior Closing Manager and collaborate centrally with the Sales, Underwriting, and Legal departments.
What You'll Do
- Ensure documentation is appropriate and complies with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Update and analyze transactional bank information from clients to validate its accuracy.
- Learn and follow Forward Financing’s process to verify information on Month to Date Transactions (MTDs).
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve and maintain established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the funding queue.
- Collaborate across departments, leaving notes, recommendations, and relevant information for Underwriting, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Act as a strong brand ambassador for our company culture.
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate English fluency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency with calculation sheets and email software.
- Able to complete tasks in a fast and accurate manner.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Senior Closing Manager and collaborate frequently with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Quality & Continuous Improvement, and other positions across the organization.
