Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient medical records to confirm treatments align with clinical guidelines and medical necessity, process prior authorization submissions, and assess insurance claims to support timely, cost-efficient care decisions.
- Determine patient eligibility for therapies, coordinate funding for treatments, work with medical providers and payers, design individualized care strategies, track patient development, and apply interventions to enhance health results and efficient use of resources.
- Deliver non-emergency medical guidance, emotional support, and health education through virtual channels, respond to patient concerns, assist with symptom tracking, and follow up on medication adherence to improve access and engagement in care.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid Setup (Once a week reporting in Eton and the rest are WFH); Once or twice/month reporting to client office in Paranaque City
