Ambience Healthcare is hiring a Clinician Education Specialist to own the onboarding experience for clinicians across our growing customer base. This high-impact role ensures every clinician adopting our AI-powered solutions feels confident, supported, and successful from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding experience, driving >90% clinician satisfaction and >70% activation within 14 days of onboarding.
- Facilitate high-quality group and individual onboarding sessions, enabling clinicians to use Ambience independently.
- Partner closely with Clinical Success Managers and enterprise leads to align onboarding with real-world clinical workflows.
- Identify and implement at least three onboarding workflow improvements per quarter based on feedback.
- Own and maintain all clinician-facing onboarding materials, keeping content current with product releases.
- Manage onboarding tools and scheduling infrastructure (e.g., Zoom Events) with zero tolerance for operational failures.
- Introduce at least one new automation or efficiency improvement every six months to enhance the experience.
- Support at least two enterprise workflow coaching initiatives per quarter with tailored onboarding plans.
- Maintain clear documentation of onboarding plans and process improvements for repeatable, scalable success.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or clinician education.
- Demonstrated track record of supporting clinicians or technical end users through product adoption, with measurable outcomes.
- Skilled facilitator for both group and individual sessions.
- Organized and operationally sharp, able to manage multiple workstreams without letting details slip.
- Proactive process improver who spots inefficiencies and implements solutions.
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches.
- Thrives in cross-functional environments and builds strong relationships with Customer Success, Implementation, and clinical teams.
- Highly collaborative, low-ego, and motivated by the success of clinicians and teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment where processes are still being built.

- Salary: $125,000–$190,000 per year + generous equity grants.
