About the Role
This position leads clinical services for youth populations, integrating therapeutic support with program leadership. The individual will deliver direct care, supervise staff, and contribute to program development within a community behavioral health framework.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for youth mental health programs
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to adolescents
- Supervise and mentor frontline counseling staff
- Develop and implement trauma-informed care practices
- Collaborate with community partners to expand youth services
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives within youth programming
- Facilitate family engagement in treatment processes
- Coordinate referrals to external support services
- Participate in crisis intervention protocols
- Train staff on youth development and mental health
- Maintain licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements
- Advocate for youth clients within systems of care
- Support data collection for program evaluation
