Role Overview
The Clinical Training Administrator is responsible for managing the logistics of clinical training for medical students at the Frankfurt location. This includes aligning student rotations with curriculum standards and ensuring all administrative requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clinical instructors and academic staff to schedule student training sessions
- Organize and track clinical rotation assignments in line with program requirements
- Maintain and update student documentation, including immunization records, log-books, and academic qualifications
- Ensure timely processing and filing of all clinical training paperwork
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external clinical partners to support seamless training operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of two years of professional administrative experience
- Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational abilities with close attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and scheduling
