Intuitive is hiring a Clinical Territory Associate for a 24+ month developmental role designed to build comprehensive knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of our business. You will partner with the Cleveland, OH team and assist sales representatives while preparing for a future quota-bearing position within our team of engineers, clinicians, and innovators united by the purpose of making surgery smarter, safer, and more human.
What You'll Do
- Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.
- Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
- Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas.
- Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for a quota-bearing role.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1-year leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.

Benefits & Compensation
- Total Target Compensation: Region 1: $126,140 USD, Region 2: $119,000 USD.
