About the Role
This role involves working directly with clinical teams and surgeons to provide training, support, and education on medical devices used in minimally invasive procedures, ensuring safe and effective utilization across assigned regions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training to surgical teams on device operation and best practices
- Support in-hospital procedures by providing real-time technical and clinical guidance
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify training needs and follow up with healthcare staff
- Conduct pre-procedure planning sessions with clinical staff
- Assist in the development of educational materials for clinical users
- Respond to clinical inquiries from healthcare providers
- Monitor and report device performance during procedures
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Gather feedback from clinicians to inform product improvement
- Participate in product launches and new technology rollouts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and surgical techniques
- Support credentialing and proctoring activities for new users
- Track clinical support activities and outcomes using internal systems
- Coordinate with medical affairs and training departments
- Assist in organizing and leading clinical workshops
- Provide on-call support for urgent clinical needs
- Engage with key opinion leaders in the surgical community
- Support quality assurance initiatives related to clinical use
- Stay current with regulatory requirements affecting clinical practice
- Promote consistent and effective use of technology across facilities
