About the Role

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing clinical expertise and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and industry trends.
  • Provide training and education to the sales team on clinical topics.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide input on product development and improvement.
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide support to the sales team in resolving customer issues.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide input on pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide support to the sales team in closing deals.
