This field-based Clinical Specialist role supports Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) by delivering engineering, clinical, and educational expertise across the Medford, OR region. As a key liaison between healthcare providers and the business, you'll build trusted relationships with physicians, clinicians, and technical teams to ensure effective use of CRM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical and technical resource for healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries and supporting real-world application of CRM products
- Deliver product training and educational programs to medical staff, enhancing clinical understanding and proper device utilization
- Collaborate with sales representatives to provide clinical insight during customer engagements and support case coverage as needed
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, cardiac pacing principles, and evolving industry trends
- Apply engineering judgment to troubleshoot and resolve complex clinical scenarios
- Support product demonstrations, procedure observations, and post-implant follow-up activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years in a clinical, technical, or engineering role within cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac device management
- Proven understanding of cath lab and operating room protocols
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and the ability to earn CRM product certification
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools for creating training and presentation content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $61,300 – $122,700, based on experience.
