About the Role

This role provides clinical and technical expertise to healthcare professionals using interventional technologies, ensuring effective implementation and optimal use of systems in medical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on clinical training to medical staff on device operation and protocols
  • Support product installations and ensure proper system functionality during setup
  • Respond to clinical inquiries and provide real-time troubleshooting assistance
  • Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities during customer engagements
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess clinical needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Assist in post-procedure follow-up to ensure clinical outcomes meet expectations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and clinical guidelines
  • Document clinical support activities and outcomes accurately and promptly
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical users and technical support teams
  • Participate in product improvement feedback initiatives based on field experience
  • Support inventory management for demonstration and loaner equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare facility requirements
  • Attend clinical procedures to provide technical guidance when necessary
  • Educate clinicians on best practices for device utilization and patient safety
  • Monitor clinical trends and report insights to regional management
  • Coordinate with clinical educators to align training materials with field needs
  • Assist in the development of procedural protocols using company technologies
  • Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities
  • Support quality assurance processes related to clinical device performance
  • Participate in regional meetings and training updates
