About the Role

SeaSpine Sales, LLC is hiring a Clinical Specialist II to provide clinical, technical, and product support for our Enabling Technologies systems. You will serve the Philadelphia territory, building customer relationships, providing training, and advising surgeons and staff during surgery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage designated accounts by providing on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and Operating Room personnel to ensure accurate product usage.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on the use of our navigation technologies and equipment at installations, trade shows, and labs.
  • Develop effective training resources for hospital staff to facilitate training on products.
  • Work with key surgeons to gather product feedback for communication to development teams.
  • Analyze, resolve, and repair product issues through detailed analysis and understanding.
  • Provide prompt customer support using a comprehensive case collection process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide independent support for all Cranial and Spine cases, answering queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Confidently lead evaluations, labs, demos, and installations to demonstrate product value.
  • Train new Clinical staff on processes, procedures, and job-related responsibilities.
  • Keep abreast of developments regarding 7D and competitive Image Guided Surgery products.
  • Support sales efforts by coordinating with the Area Sales Manager to leverage clinical expertise.
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams to sell clinical benefits, driving account growth and case volume.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or another relevant field.
  • Two to five years of experience in medical device navigation or a related field.
  • Experience in MRI & CT, intra-operative imaging, stereotactic navigation, optics, or robotics.
  • Hands-on experience in a hospital or Operating Room setting.
  • Experience in informatics – PACS, DICOM, networking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to a wide range of audiences.
  • Quick analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent worker with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States.
  • Availability for off-hours, weekend, and holiday support when needed.
  • Flexible day-to-day availability and schedule.

Nice to Have

  • B.S. in a Biomedical or Clinical based field.
  • Knowledge of video integration and routing.
  • Competency in leading evaluations.
  • Proficiency with ETQ documentation.
  • Ability to successfully train new Clinical Specialist hires.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
  • Bonus or commissions based on performance.
  • Benefits package.

Work Mode

This is a local role based in Philadelphia, requiring travel within the territory.
