A core responsibility is providing real-time troubleshooting and procedural support in the lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical and technical assistance during ablation procedures to support patient care and device utilization
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment operation, system integration, and procedural challenges
  • Train physicians, nurses, and technical staff on product functionality, best practices, and safety protocols
  • Support onboarding and development of new field personnel in coordination with regional teams
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to align with regional sales and service goals
  • Communicate procedure outcomes and escalate issues promptly to appropriate stakeholders
  • Promote adherence to clinical guidelines and optimal use of Medtronic CAS technologies

Qualifications

Candidates must have a High School diploma and six years of relevant healthcare experience, an Associate degree and four years, or a Bachelor’s degree and two years—preferably in electrophysiology, cath lab, or cardiac sales. Experience in technical training or cardiac ablation is strongly preferred. The role requires daily presence in the assigned territory, with approximately 75% driving time and occasional overnight travel.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance. They should be physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and navigating clinical environments. Exposure to radiation and infectious agents is possible.

Work Environment

This is a remote-based position requiring residency within the assigned U.S. territory. The role demands high mobility, with 25% travel outside the territory and consistent local availability for unscheduled clinical needs.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, eligibility for the Sales Incentive Plan with performance-based earnings, and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; tuition assistance; paid time off; and access to well-being and retirement programs.
