Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Clinical Solutions Specialist to bridge clinical practice with products and programs. In this role, you will provide critical end-user insight for urology process enhancements, build strategic alliances with customers and sales teams, and execute value-add programs to support our Acute Care division.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to developing new products and modifying existing ones by providing customer insight for process improvement.
• Support sales representatives in maintaining on-going customer relationships.
• Participate in key marketing events, trade shows, and healthcare conferences.
• Analyze customer nursing protocols, processes, and infection prevention metrics.
• Interface with Infection Preventionists and healthcare professionals including CNOs, Nursing Directors, and C-Suite executives.
• Conduct utilization reviews of customer protocols to identify standardization opportunities.
• Provide implementation support for infection control programs.
• Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical reviews to generate improvement recommendations.
• Perform observations to recommend improved and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification.
• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time for business purposes.
• Ability to build positive customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback.
• Experience presenting to and coordinating professional-level meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU and/or ED experience.
• Experience with external catheters.
