Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Clinical Solutions Specialist to bridge clinical practice with products and programs. In this role, you will provide critical end-user insight for urology process enhancements, build strategic alliances with customers and sales teams, and execute value-add programs to support our Acute Care division.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to developing new products and modifying existing ones by providing customer insight for process improvement.
- Support sales representatives in maintaining on-going customer relationships.
- Participate in key marketing events, trade shows, and healthcare conferences.
- Analyze customer nursing protocols, processes, and infection prevention metrics.
- Interface with Infection Preventionists and healthcare professionals including CNOs, Nursing Directors, and C-Suite executives.
- Conduct utilization reviews of customer protocols to identify standardization opportunities.
- Provide implementation support for infection control programs.
- Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical reviews to generate improvement recommendations.
- Perform observations to recommend improved and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification.
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time for business purposes.
- Ability to build positive customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback.
- Experience presenting to and coordinating professional-level meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU and/or ED experience.
- Experience with external catheters.
