SOFMEDICA is looking for a Clinical Solution Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in Croatia. You will provide exceptional support and technical assistance for our surgical training platform, resolving inquiries and building strong customer relationships in a company that combines technology and education to make advanced medical solutions accessible.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and platform usage.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or engineering teams.
- Provide remote demonstrations and follow-up sessions to keep customers engaged.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the support ticketing system.
- Contribute to support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
- Build strong relationships, acting as the trusted advisor for platform-related matters.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Gather customer feedback and testimonials to help improve products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and platform best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer support processes and service quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Comfort with CRM, sales tools, and AI agents.
- Fluent Croatian (native).
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Ability to use AI LLMs to amplify task and agent completion.
- Comfort with learning and using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting methods and diagnostic processes.
Nice to Have
- A degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare.
- English proficiency at the C1 level.
