Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical assistance for Dexter systems currently in use across the assigned region.
• Assist surgeons and operating room personnel in safely and effectively using Dexter throughout all phases of surgery.
• Offer on-site support during system setup, surgeries, and follow-up activities to ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with hospital biomedical teams and OR staff to support the delivery, installation, and activation of Dexter systems.
• Ensure smooth transition after installation by verifying system readiness and alignment with hospital operations.
• Train Central Sterile Services and Sterile Processing Departments in the correct reprocessing of reusable Dexter instruments.
• Provide thorough clinical training to surgeons and OR teams on Dexter operation and surgical workflows.
• Support both robotic surgery beginners and experienced surgeons adopting Dexter across multiple specialties.
• Demonstrate and communicate the clinical and operational advantages of Dexter robotic surgery to medical and administrative staff.
• Offer continuous guidance to build user confidence, competence, and sustained platform adoption.
• Increase the number and frequency of Dexter procedures within the assigned territory.
• Take ownership of meeting procedural volume and utilization goals.
• Work closely with sales leadership to advance commercial objectives and customer outcomes.
• Introduce and promote new Dexter instruments, system updates, and product improvements to current clients.
• Assist in forecasting and reporting anticipated procedure volumes and system usage trends.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital executives, and clinical decision-makers.
• Identify and respond to customer needs at every stage, from pre-implementation to post-deployment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful clinical outcomes with the platform.
• Develop a network of surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders to support clinical education and advocacy.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, training sessions, and educational events.
• Maintain consistent field presence to advance robotic-assisted surgery program adoption.
• Support clinical demos and educational initiatives that showcase Dexter’s clinical value.
