Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and administrators.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest developments and network with professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience in clinical sales or a related role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of clinical products and services.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Baltimore, MD area if not already residing there.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
