Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or a similar discipline.
- Proven experience in clinical sales or a related role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of clinical products and services.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to relocate to the Baltimore, MD area if not already residing there.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
