Intuitive is hiring a Clinical Sales Associate

About the Role

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to maximize the utilization of our installed da Vinci Surgical Systems. You will play a key role in implementing clinical sales plans, developing expertise in robotic-assisted surgery, and supporting growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Implement the clinical sales plan defined by your manager to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Become an expert in da Vinci Surgery across core indications to support the development of surgical robotics programs.
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and drive procedure adoption.
  • Develop a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent capability.
  • Drive system utilization by working with surgical teams to review and select appropriate cases.
  • Expand the user base by collaborating with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel.
  • Lead training sessions for surgical teams, covering system operations, OR integration, and surgical applications.
  • Serve as a resource to surgical teams, providing guidance and case support for the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks, including activity reporting and expense submissions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
  • Successful experience in a sales support or direct sales role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and the local language as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment.
