The Clinical Research Specialist will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned research centers, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring optimal site performance. At Integrated Resources INC, this role plays a critical part in supporting clinical research operations through data review, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Do
- Provides customer focused support to prevent or mitigate potential customer issues
- Works directly with center personnel to resolve data discrepancies and monitoring action items
- Proactively monitors overall center performance metrics, enrollments, and compliance
- Produces and distributes site communications
- Maintains Study File documentation
- Train on the study protocol
- Train on the electronic data capture system and manage account set-up
