About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify potential study participants through medical record reviews and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings to assess eligibility for clinical trials
- Schedule and coordinate participant visits and study procedures
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment databases and tracking systems
- Communicate study details to potential participants and answer inquiries
- Ensure informed consent processes are properly followed
- Collaborate with research staff to streamline enrollment workflows
- Follow up with candidates to confirm interest and availability
- Assist in developing recruitment materials and outreach strategies
- Monitor recruitment progress and report metrics to supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality of participant health information
- Stay current with protocol-specific eligibility criteria
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to identify suitable candidates
- Support retention efforts for enrolled participants
- Document all recruitment-related activities accurately
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and institutional policies
- Assist with IRB submissions related to recruitment activities
- Respond promptly to participant questions via phone and email
- Track recruitment sources to evaluate strategy effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and research ethics standards
- Prepare reports on enrollment trends and recruitment outcomes
- Assist in organizing community outreach events
- Manage calendars for research team availability
