The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Penn State College of Medicine is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of a multi-site clinical study. You will be responsible for patient recruitment, coordination of study visits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to recruitment sites—including Planned Parenthood in Central PA and Philadelphia Women’s Center in Greater Philadelphia—3-4 days per week during the recruitment period.
- Assess patient eligibility, obtain informed consent, enroll patients, and conduct phlebotomy.
- Serve as the central contact for 1,324 planned study patients.
- Manage day-to-day coordination of study visits.
- Handle all regulatory documentation, adverse event reporting, and progress reporting.
- Supervise data entry and resolve data queries.
- Work closely with the Principal Investigator and all other study team personnel.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Nursing, Phlebotomy, and Research Management from project initiation to close-out.
- A passion for reproductive healthcare, evidence-based medicine, and access to care.
Team & Environment

Work Mode
