Washington University in St. Louis is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator I to provide essential administrative support for clinical and translational research projects within the Division of Anatomic and Molecular Pathology.
What You'll Do
- Retrieve and track tissue blocks and histology slides for research projects, returning materials upon study completion.
- Identify research cases from institutional databases based on defined inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Collect, organize, and maintain research data, establishing record-keeping systems.
- Extract data from pathology reports and electronic medical records.
- Ensure data privacy, integrity, and accuracy.
- Maintain a database of active research projects within the division.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Valid Basic Life Support certification. Online-only certifications without a skills assessment component are not sufficient.
Nice to Have
- Skills in Clinical Research, Clinical Study Protocols, Communication, Computer Software, Computer Systems, Detailed Reports, Interpersonal Communication, Laboratory Instrumentation, Organizing, Research Support, and Working Independently.

- Compensation range: $47,400.00 - $71,200.00 annually.
