Role Overview
As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will lead site visits throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety requirements. This remote role requires regular travel to trial sites across domestic and international regions, with a focus on maintaining high-quality data and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Verify protocol adherence, data accuracy, and source documentation integrity during on-site and remote monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with investigators, site personnel, and study teams to support effective trial execution and resolve operational issues.
- Review clinical data for completeness and consistency, addressing discrepancies and queries promptly.
- Support the development and review of essential study documents, including protocols, case report forms, and clinical study reports.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related discipline and have at least two years of direct experience as a Clinical Research Associate. Familiarity with international clinical trial regulations and ICH-GCP standards is essential. Strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and clear communication skills are required to manage multiple tasks across diverse settings.
Applicants must be able to travel frequently—up to 60% of the time—across domestic and international locations, including driving to sites. A valid driver’s license is required.
