Hims & Hers is hiring a Clinical Recruiter - Contract to source, screen, and engage top-tier clinical talent, including RNs, APRNs, and physicians, to support our growing organization. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and interview highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals (RNs, APRNs, physicians).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Accurately document candidate activity, interview notes, and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system and relevant tools.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least one (1) year of experience in clinical recruitment (RNs, APRNs, or physicians).
- At least two (2) years of recruiting experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines and meeting hiring targets.
- Working knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly in clinical hiring.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs such as Airtable, Calendly, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
