Sailor Health is looking for a Clinical Psychologist, licensed in Virginia, to provide geriatric-focused telehealth therapy to older adults. This is a remote position offering flexible scheduling starting at 15 hours per week. We handle administrative tasks and provide client referrals, allowing you to concentrate fully on delivering exceptional care.

What You'll Do

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth for 15 hours or more per week
Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric-specific tools
Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
Maintain thorough and timely documentation compliant with company policies, aided by an AI-powered scribe
Support clients through life transitions like retirement, bereavement, and isolation with a compassionate approach
Participate in regular team meetings to share and ensure best practices

What We're Looking For

Ability to support the team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum 15 hours per week)
A Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
Active clinical license in Virginia
Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth platforms
