Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through secure telehealth platforms, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
- Perform clinical evaluations and intake assessments using validated geriatric-specific tools
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans, with ongoing progress tracking and adjustments based on client needs
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in alignment with organizational standards, supported by an AI-powered scribe tool
- Guide clients through significant life changes such as retirement, grief, or social isolation using empathetic and age-sensitive therapeutic methods
- Engage in recurring team meetings to uphold clinical excellence and share best practices
- Assist clients in navigating emotional challenges related to aging, including loss of independence and bereavement, with compassion and developmental appropriateness

Independent contractor roles are available with a minimum commitment of 15 sessions per week.
W2 starting at 25 weekly sessions (includes health/dental/vision insurance and 401k with up to 3.5% matching)
Full-time W2 positions require at least 25 weekly sessions and include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with employer match up to 3.5%.
Fee-for-service payment model
Clinicians are compensated on a per-session basis under a fee-for-service structure.
