Intellect Care is seeking a Clinical Provider based in Egypt to join our mission of expanding mental health access. In this role, you will provide essential telehealth mental health support and coaching directly to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Focus on delivering 60-minute video sessions for clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- Handled a variety of clinical cases (e.g., MDD, Trauma, OCD, Phobias) in the past.
- At least 300 clinical hours of experience.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Speaking additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will work collaboratively with the internal clinical team to improve the program and bring greater mental health access to the public.
Work Mode
This position operates in a local-country work mode, serving clients within Egypt.
