- Deep understanding of the Egyptian tech market, including roles and skill requirements.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and networking strategies to attract candidates.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate technical capabilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various hiring projects concurrently.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment methodologies.
