What You'll Do
- Focus on recruiting for our operations in the Philippines.
- Identify and attract skilled technical professionals within the region.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
- Create a targeted recruitment strategy that resonates with the local talent pool.
- Source candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, local job boards, and tech communities.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Manage multiple open roles effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Keen understanding of the Philippine job market, especially in tech roles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing candidates through various platforms.
- Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and assessments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and electronic recruitment tools.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
