Intellect Care is looking for a Clinical Provider to deliver professional mental health support through our telehealth platform. You will provide essential clinical services to clients, focusing on a collaborative approach to increase mental health access in the community.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients.
- Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
- Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
- At least 300 clinical hours post master's degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and your local language.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles.
- Openness to working onsite if necessary.
