What You'll Do
In this role, you will serve as a clinical expert for advanced monitoring technologies used in operating rooms, neonatal intensive care units, and pediatric intensive care units. You'll work directly with healthcare providers to demonstrate product value, guide clinical evaluations, and support post-sale implementation to ensure optimal use and patient outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams to advance opportunities, deliver tailored product education, and build relationships with key decision-makers. Your input will shape training programs, sales strategies, and customer engagement plans, ensuring alignment with real-world clinical needs.
You'll lead clinical demonstrations, support policy development around monitoring practices, and help establish clinical champions within institutions. Participation in trade shows, medical conferences, and educational events will be part of your ongoing engagement with the clinical community.
Using tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms, you will help refine territory strategy and track performance. You'll also contribute to product development insights, identify research opportunities, and support the integration of new technologies into the existing portfolio.
