What You'll Do
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, guiding clients and partners through system design and solution implementation. You'll lead product demonstrations, deliver training sessions, and create conceptual designs that align with client needs. From initial inquiry to purchase decision, you'll manage technical communication, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the process.
You’ll collaborate closely with account managers to build relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, integrators, and end-users. Your input will shape product documentation and knowledge resources, and you’ll provide feedback to internal teams to support product development. Participation in regional trade shows and industry events will be required, where you’ll represent the company with live demos and technical support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in professional audio, video, and control systems
- Proven experience programming and deploying AV and control solutions
- Solid background in computer networking, including design and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with MS Office, CAD software, and EASE
- Experience engaging with distributors, integrators, consultants, and end-clients
- Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds for equipment setup and transport
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AV networking
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, ENS, or CompTIA
- Fluency in another European language
- Degree or professional credential in a related technical field
