About the Role
The Clinical Outreach Specialist will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and referral sources to increase awareness and utilization of clinical services. This role involves frequent field visits, educational presentations, and coordination with internal teams to support patient engagement goals.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and clinical staff
- Conduct in-person visits and site meetings with medical practices
- Deliver educational presentations about clinical programs and services
- Identify new outreach opportunities to expand service visibility
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and external partners
- Gather and share feedback from providers to improve service offerings
- Track outreach activities and measure engagement outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing to develop outreach materials
- Support patient referral processes and care coordination
- Stay current on clinical developments and service updates
- Attend industry events and professional meetings
- Maintain accurate records in customer relationship databases
- Coordinate with scheduling and intake teams for seamless referrals
- Address provider inquiries and facilitate problem resolution
- Promote service differentiators to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards
- Participate in team planning and performance reviews
- Adapt outreach strategies based on regional needs
- Support training for new outreach team members
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or related area
