New Age Hospice is seeking a Clinical Manager to ensure the day-to-day oversight of our hospice clinical services. This role is pivotal in leading our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that meets all regulatory and clinical standards.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Ensure timely and appropriate patient admissions, care planning, and service delivery.
Monitor and manage clinical performance metrics, including quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and compliance indicators.
Conduct regular IDT and education meetings to support care coordination and staff development.
Oversee documentation practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations.
Participate in the hiring, training, evaluation, and professional development of clinical staff.
Collaborate with the Administrator and other leadership to support census growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff, promoting best practices in hospice and palliative care.
Respond to patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide clinical support as needed.
