Essentia Health is hiring a Clinical Applications Analyst I to specialize in our Epic Beaker platform. In this role, you will be the vital link between clinical workflows and technology, ensuring our systems effectively support patient care and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Meet with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements.
- Analyze, design, configure, educate, and support the implementation of gathered requirements.
- Manage mid to high-level projects for the implementation of new functionality and system updates.
- Ensure application updates follow best practices and change control protocols.
- Resolve issues and communicate solutions back to clinical end users.
- Be highly responsive to customers and translate their requirements into feasible application options.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- OR an Associates degree plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare.
- OR 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare.
Nice to Have
- Epic Beaker AP or CP certification or direct experience.
