Responsibilities
- Oversee auto claims throughout their lifecycle to ensure prompt and precise resolution.
- Engage with policyholders, claimants, agents, repair facilities, and other parties to collect information and share updates.
- Utilize internal systems to evaluate claims, assign fault, and authorize repairs or rental vehicles according to company standards.
- Perform in-depth investigations and apply analytical judgment to assess claims, referring complex cases as needed.
- Facilitate settlement negotiations with all involved parties to achieve equitable results.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all claim-related actions per company policy.
- Evaluate initial loss reports to confirm essential details and launch the claims process.
- Coordinate follow-up communications to resolve uncertainties and define next steps.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $21.00/hr.

Notice of Licensing Requirements
- Depending on location, employment may require obtaining an adjuster and/or appraiser license, which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor. If applicable, licenses must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
- The Hiring Manager and Centralized Licensing team will support candidates in meeting licensing requirements if needed.
Sign on Bonus
Eligible candidates with required active licenses—such as a Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, or applicable Appraiser License—may qualify for a $1000 Licensing Sign on Bonus.
Other
- Work hours may begin as early as 6:00 AM CST or as late as 3:30 PM CST, with one weekend day commitment (Saturday or Sunday).
- After completing 9 weeks of training, a permanent shift will be assigned to ensure smooth role integration.
- Planned absences are not permitted during the first 5 weeks of training.
- This position is not available to residents of Puerto Rico, California, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Some offices may require an adjuster and/or appraiser license, including an additional background check with the Department of Labor.
- If required, candidates must obtain the necessary license(s) within 60 days of hire.
- Selected candidates must complete a background investigation.
