The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a key clinical education role at Sentec, responsible for training new and existing users on the optimal use of Sentec's technology. This position supports company revenue growth by delivering impactful education to healthcare providers and enabling effective adoption of Sentec's solutions across care settings.
What You'll Do
- Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of Sentec's products in key market segments to support company revenue growth goals.
- Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curriculum, process/tools, and programs.
- Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition.
- Participates in product evaluations and installations.
- Assesses needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on Sentec's products, including maintenance and troubleshooting for all members of the clinical team.
- Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
- Delivers CE and non-CE presentations.
- Presents at in-person state and potential national society meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work remotely from the Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Orlando metropolitan areas.
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight (60% or more).
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Experience providing clinical and educational support to healthcare providers.
- Proven ability to deliver both on-site and virtual training and education.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care environments.
- Ability to train all levels of clinical staff on medical technology.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance training for medical devices.
Work Mode
- Remote/home-based position with significant travel (60%+ overnight).
- Must be located in one of the following metropolitan areas: Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Orlando.
