This 24+ month developmental position serves as a bridge to a future sales leadership role, based in the Queens/Nassau County area. The Clinical Territory Associate partners with the sales team to support surgeon training, advance robotic programs within hospitals, and assist in managing territory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives during surgeon education sessions and hospital-based robotic program initiatives
- Deliver technical in-service sessions for clinical staff, including operating room teams and surgeons
- Communicate the clinical and operational advantages of robotic technology to current users to help meet team objectives
- Develop foundational skills in sales planning, account mapping, and performance tracking in preparation for a future quota-bearing position
- Handle administrative duties such as tracking procedures, reporting sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense documentation
