Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality training sessions, either on-site or online, to improve customer satisfaction and product utilization.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for direct customers to ensure effective knowledge transfer within their teams.
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to commercial partners to support indirect customer education.
- Manage the process of collecting, categorizing, and sharing customer feedback through structured monthly and quarterly review meetings.
- Support sales teams by contributing to product demonstrations, training sessions, marketing content reviews, and live webinars.
- Collaborate across departments during product launches, quality audits, and research initiatives.
- Attend and represent the organization at medical conferences at national and international levels.
- Respond to clinical complaints and support requests from end-users to improve overall customer experience.
- Record all relevant customer engagements accurately in CRM and quality management systems.
- Champion customer needs and insights internally to influence product and service improvements.
- Serve as a clinical expert within your specialty area for teams such as marketing, quality assurance, and product development.
