About the Role
This role is responsible for expanding clinical utilization of a portable EEG system in hospitals by engaging with neurology and critical care teams, delivering education, and supporting integration into patient care workflows.
Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to hospital staff needs
- Provide training on EEG device operation and interpretation
- Support clinical teams during initial implementation phases

- Attend medical conferences and educational events
- Track customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM system
- Coordinate with technical support for on-site troubleshooting
- Monitor usage trends and adoption rates across accounts
- Develop relationships with department leaders and administrators
- Present clinical data to support evidence-based adoption
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Respond to clinical inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Assist in preparing materials for institutional review boards
- Facilitate training sessions for new medical staff
