About the Role
This role is responsible for driving sales and clinical adoption of a rapid EEG technology within acute care settings by engaging neurologists, intensivists, and hospital administrators through education, product demonstrations, and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target hospitals with critical care and neurology departments
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations for clinical and administrative staff
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams
- Deliver clinical education on rapid brain monitoring applications
- Develop account-specific strategies to support product adoption
- Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional targets
- Track customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Respond to clinical and technical inquiries from healthcare providers
- Coordinate training sessions for hospital staff
- Support market access and reimbursement discussions
- Gather feedback from users to inform product and service improvements
- Attend regional medical conferences and events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Prepare and present business reviews to stakeholders
